About the Canvas Fabric
The D180 uses Dynaproofed™ Outback Rugged Canvas – the same premium-grade fabric trusted across the Australian outdoors. It’s a 65/35 poly-cotton Japara weave that’s superfine yet tough, with a silky feel but serious durability.
- Weight: 265 g/sqm (6 oz) – thick, strong, and built for the elements
- Weave: 39.4 ends per cm, 26.8 picks per cm – finely woven for strength
- Waterproof rating: 750 mm per min – handles huge downpours with ease
Every batch is made to exacting standards using the Dynaproofed™ process, which fully integrates the waterproofing and protective agents into the fibres of the fabric – not just coated on top.
That means your awning canvas is not only 100% waterproof, but also resistant to UV damage, bacteria, algae, and fungi – keeping it performing (and looking good) trip after trip.

With so many roof racks on the market, installation can vary. Your awning will come with complimentary 3 mm stainless steel mounting brackets, designed to suit most common racks.
However, some racks may need modifications or alternative mounting solutions. Installation is the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend checking with us before purchase if you’re unsure.
